The show was great last night - i laughed all the way through.

Not had any luck with my research - nothing new there though..Lol

I sent a couple of emails on here before - i just hope they are connected to me....Lol

YEAH !!!

I'm back and what a palaver GR has led me, they cashed my cheque 2 wks ago....but i only got let back in today. i have kept all the emails - never once have they answerd any of my questions or apoligised. I will make copies of them all - i have told them and, i will send them on to the relevent people to deal with.

Anyway, i hope i find you all fit and well.

I'm off out tonight to see "Our Day Out" about Liverpool kids, have seen it on the tv and it was really funny, this time i will see it on the theatre.

So i will catch up tomorrow my Nudging Buddies !!

Hello there Rose and Jacky.

It has been over two weeks since I was last on and I have missed not getting here.

We had our 30th Anniversary the other week and we went out for a lovely meal with family and friends, couldn't find anything I liked to wear so decided to make something, which I haven't done for ages. Took a lot of time though because I wanted to make sure it was perfect as could be. Everything was tacked and pinned before sewing but well worth it. Nice long maxi, halter neck dress. My dad still isn't well, he is very slowly getting there but it's abit like two steps forward and one step back for him so mum and dad couldn't come out with us which was a great shame. Joanne was over from Ireland for almost two weeks too which was lovely, so love having her home and of course Vicki and Leigha were down a lot too.

Hope you both are well, been back at school since 3rd with kids in and it feels like we've never been away! Weather is turning autumnal now despite a couple of sunny days, I hope that wasn't the last of the sunshine, would reall like some more please!

Good evening ladies, you must havew thought i had dropped off the edge of the planet. Been really busy here, firstly with my dad being unwell, he is making very slow progress back to good health but it really is slow and we are all quite worried about him. Just hoping that it's steady improvement and we'll all be happy.

We were invited to a very special and very elabourate 21st birthday celebration and it was sojething else I can tell you.

We are going out for a meal on Saturday with our family and some friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary which should be lovely. I have been making a dress - something I haven't done for a good few years - and am at the final stage, zipper is in and I just have a frill to put around the edge and it's finished - yay!

So once again ladies, thank you for keeping this thread alive and kicking, what would I do without you?! Got my big girl home from Ireland for another week and a half so enjoying having her here and she is so impressed with our lovely little, cheeky chappy Leigha! We're back to school on Wednesday for inset and the kids are in the next day. The summer holidays have flown over, and we haven't been away this year either. Loved having the time off with my dad not being well and also geing able to see a lot of Vicki and Leigha.

Hope to get back on here much sooner next time, can't believe it was over two weeks! take care til then.

Rose, i feel so down as well, i got my Dads army records and it appears to be saying 2 dates of death - one of them is right..........the other is 7 mths later !!!!!!i have asked for some help to see what was going on.

........................my grandson arron has done very well in his exam results
he got his place in college for engineering , nice to see their work pay off .

x factor was good jacky , did you see the lad from south shields on , he asn't too bad . the judges liked him ,hope he does well.

My stomach ulcers were playing up so i laid on the bed until my meds kicked in............woke up nearly 2 hrs later............ARGH, i wont sleep for a week now,,,,,,,,,,,Lol

The weather remains nice and sunny - going to sit in the back and have a read.

X factor on later, my daughter went to a show a few weeks ago and she said Simon was dead funny and Chery winds him up something terrible...Lol
