How are you all today ???
Its been a nice day , very sunny and warm.
been building furniture for my daughter today.
and am going up the allotment tomorrow.
I would rather stay in bed all day, but not allowed to.

Good evening to all, very late I know but been really busy. Baby sitting Leigha last night and what a dream, bathed and fed by 11:15 went straight to sleep but then woke half an hour later and eventually went back off for the night at 12:50! BUT she then slept right through to 8:30! that's my girl!

OH and daughter not been feeling well, some kind of tummy bug creating frequent visits to the loo - I will spare you all any further details!

Sister got taken into hospital last night with chest pains, clammy, hot and cold sweats, tingling in left arm¬ Turned out to be phantom heart attack, ruled out heart attack and angina after numerous tests, heart traces and bloods. Though symptoms not cleared she is more settled about the whole issue now. Been told she is anaemic so got to sort that out with GP tomorrow. She is a fit and healthy 46 year old otherwise so hopefully she can start to improve. Been extremely busy in work (Health and Safety Exec) which may have contributed to the situation. Just glad everything is ok.

Injured my foot at the Race for Life on Tuesday and it's still on the mend. Think I may have mentioned a wheel-chair ramming into me - ouch! Still trying to get it mended, been applying tons of Arnica Gel and it seems to be doing the trip. Saves journey to the doc or hospital.

Off to bed now, as you can see it 00:49 and very late! What changes with me hey!

We have just got back from daughters dinner do, it was very nice and filling, we had a good time and i did the washing up for her, yoo hoo.

I have no patience at all Rose, i didnt see Kieth and his is the only face i know, my daughter and i felt ashamed going in in the 1st place, i must have passed him as we were getting off !!.........Lol

They all seemed to have had a good time, i was speaking with Allan, he asked what time i would try to be there - i said about 2ish and got there about 2, We then went onto the tall ships.

I hadnt planned on going until Allan spoke to me on the Friday evening.

The wind is shocking here, my next door neighbours only had the fallen tree taken away last week and another has a big broken branch hanging over her garden - i've been lucky so far - Thank God.

Glad your Rose is doing ok Rog, and it will be good for the both of you to eat out tomorrow, as you say it will give you both a break........
