hi all.
jus an up date on my daughter inlaw,
did give birth saftely in april and gave me my first granson. wot a beauty he is.
now sadly she visited the hospital as she was feeling uncomfortable as when she was havin the chemo n radio, they have told her that the cancer has spred to her bowel and her body is givin up.
we did have a breif chat abt this the other day. i try to keep her positive. bless she is only 25 and my grandaughter is only 6. please put out some healing prayers for her and her family.

Definitely not the kind of weather for going out on our bikes today. My goodness did it rain or what!?

Leigha had her first set of needles today and boy was she good. She got very upset at first but soon settled down. Started to get a bit of a temperature later on this afternoon and then had the worst nappy. Vicki gave her some calpol which helped bring her temp down a bit. She's been drifting in and out of sleep and has just woken up bright as a button ready for her bath. It's horrible but soooo necessary for them to have these jabs but wish there was an easier way :(

Hope all are well, no doubt catch you tomorrow though it wouldn't be me if I didn't pop back in late late later tonight :)

Hello All,

The rain showers here have been quite torrential
today along with thunderstorms......

On my way home from work, i seen a man laying in the road, he must have been knocked over, there was a car parked a few yards away....it was on a roundabout, people were there and i could see an ambulance in my rear view mirror, so i carried on driving...........it made me feel quite sick and it upset me too - hope the chappie will be ok, my prayers are for him tonight.

Hope you are all ok, drive carefully, the roads go greasy after a spell of hot weather then rain.

What a glorious day we have had - plenty of vitamin D from the sun...Lol

Been a busy bee again today, why do our elders, when they see the sun, suddenly think the are spring chickens again..........the amount of "fallers" we have had over the weekend..........then again, i think i would be the same.......Lol

Hope you are all fine and dandy !!...I am !!

Lyn, will you be getting some padded pants so you dont get a sore botty off the bike seat.......Lol

Good evening my friends

It's been a lovely day here today. n Got a new washing line so managed to get two loads of washing done and hung out and dried - happy days!

Did I mention OH and me got new bikes two weeks ago? Anyhow, I haven't been on a bike since I was a teenager which even for me is a very long time ago! We finally went out on the roads today to visit some friends who live about a mile or so away. I was terrified initially but then pleased with myself that I coped. The traffic is what worried me but I managed to keep my balance and my nerve, I also actually managed to keep smiling and conquer my fear! Gotta keep practicing on those roads and build up my confidence more. May cycle to my parents' home tomorrow, closer than friends then again I may not! Go out with OH a few more times before I venture out on my own!
