Please add your view in here if you would like Dee to return to GR i will at some point copy this thread and let Dee see it.

i noticed late last night as i was looking through the garden of memories thread, that several of my posts are showing up as being written by others, I am not happy about it, and have contacted genes about it,

Yesterday, at Dee's request I nudged 2 threads where her posts appear alongside my name. I have tried to delete them, but I can't. I can only delete posts I really did post.

Several of us raised this issue after the changes but nothing has been done. I was and am very angry and upset to find my name beside words I would never say.

..not Dee's obviously.

Yes Sue i agree with you. Lets hope we can talk Dee into returning to the site soon.

Well I hope they sort soon it as we shall miss Dee and cant blame her for being annoyed.

Yes Sue she has told GR but she was upset by this

If it was sent to you by chance, then all you would have to do is tell GR and ask them to reasign it to the auther it came from ie in this case it would have been Dee.
Dee can't contact them as she is sadly no longer on this site. It's a shame as Dee put so much work into that project she did.

Thanks Ron. Would it be non PC for Dee to contact the member directly and point out the error? I suppose some people may be unaware of the problem.

If authorship had been transferred to me I would rather be told about it so I could reassign it.

Well Sue it has happened to a lot of people. If the person that now has her name on it. Was to see this and ask GR for it to be put back in Dee's name, well that would be nice

Maybe I am being dim here (don't all shout at once!), how can the authorship be changed during the site upgrade?

Is there no way Dee can get ownership again? I would be really miffed if it had happened to me, but I don't write anything of significance!

I will say again I hope the break is only short..please.

i understand where dees coming from,i used to love to read old threads,and if the boards were quiet it was nice to look stuff up.but now the names of everyone have changed on there.so you cant get a true reading of who said what.no wonder dees angry.xx

Welll, Mau, it looks like our Sit In would be to no avail, unfortunately :(- I wish Dee the best of luck and hopefully will be seeing her soon....
