	spooky shymo!!! dont smoke in the house till girls are in bed but sayin that when dad died he was as fit as a fiddle so too speak didnt smoke drink and took regular walks so i think i'll do the opposite and see how i go lol. hubbys dad died of picks disease its a form of alzimers( know thts not spelt right!!)
