I've just added my oven-ready tree using GEDCOM import. I found it very fiddly and needed 3 goes before it worked. The view of a person's immediate family is a bit odd - you can only see someone's wife if they are in the "mother" box of someone else. If the person is at the centre of the view you don't see their wife in the "partner" box or their children if the person isn't married. I have checked that all the data existed correctly in my GEDCOM file. I find it a bit limiting not to be able to display a family tree of someone other than me. |
