MAKE SURE DETAILS IN YOUR TREE OWNER ARE CORRECT AND TREE IS EMPTY,TO CHANGE OWNER DETAILS ,DONT USE DETAILS.DOUBLE CLICK YOUR NAME IN THE TREE ICON,WHEN YOU GO TO YOUR TREE THIS IS A DIFFERENT PAGE THEN THE DETAILS PAGE ,,ITS TAKEN ME 3 WEEKS TO GET MINE ON LINE ,,
