Apart from Preston one There is a Barton district in Eccles,part of Salford, Lancs. There is a very good site for looking up place names http://www.gazetteer.co.uk/REMOVE_THIS (There is CO.UK on the end but this system removes it) and for Wales http://www.gazetteer-wales.co.uk/ (There is CO.UK on the end but this system removes it) Martin |
