Marian, Have been away for a few days and have spent an hour trying to "catch up" with messages on this site. I have a problem with viewing the tree of XXX from "my names". have been in continuous contact with the help desk for weeks now and can't resolve the problem. They can't re-create the situation at their end. I have changed settings, deleted cookies, even created a new tree from scratch using a different password! I'm sorry you are having the same problem but at least it proves that it isn't just me! On another tack, it really would be useful if messages were numbered and the ones you have read were highlighted. It would save so much trawling! Jill |
