THERESA CATON Here is a dictionary definition: GENEALOGY: a]A record or table of the descent of a family, group or person from an ancestor or ancestors; a family tree. b] The study or investigation of ancestry and family histories. I guess that makes us all GENEALOGISTS 'cos that is just what we are doing. Other words to describe us are: detectives, patient, tunnel-visioned, obsessed, boring to those not doing the same, insomniacs and many, many more. But don't we love it!! Vera, Manchester |
