I too am a relatively new member and so far have found people very helpful and It's a great thrill to hear from members and have a chat or exchange emails even though it may turn out not to be a family connection, but to know we are all using this site for the same reason we have something in common Hello friends. I've just joined and thought my maiden name was focused in Liverpool and of course Ireland. I am however, amazed by how wide spread the surname goes. I look forward to hearing from people with the same name and maybe find some long lost relatives. (Fitzsimons)
