Trying to find half brother

Im trying to find a half brother all i know is he is around 22- 27 he lives in London he is half cast his dad was killed and his Mum is called Wendy surname was probably Mills. if anybody can help please email me at [email protected].

Do you have any other info at all. I will have a look on the electoral rolls for you but I expect there will be many with that name. Jim
