just found out my grandma had a baby boy who sadly died at 3 months is there anyway of tracing him?my aunty and mum didnt know his name but the surname is crabtree they think the year was 1945 he died of pnumonia (sorry i know thats spelt wrong)if any one can help i'd be gratefull thanking you tinax |

Might he be on 1837 site? I think this goes up to quite recently. Let me know if you don't have access and I'll do a look up for you this evening after work. Janet |

Tina, I think I have found it for you. Alan W Crabtree (Mother's maiden name Hodges) Birth : Vol 6d Page 542 Birmingham Death: Vol 6d Page 349 Birmingham Hope this is the one you need. Let me know if you need anything else. Elisabeth PS. Forgot to say, both entries were in April/May/June 1945 |

Tina, I'm not having much luck at present - can't find that maiden name. I've looked 1944 - 1946 and only found one more infant death but the mother's maiden name was also Crabtree! Which area of the country are you thinking it will be? Elisabeth |
