Hi jacky take a look at this, found it on the Microsoft knowledge base. If that doesn't work go to the MS homepage and search and put in parser module thats how I found it. Lorraine http://support(.)microsoft(.)com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;233155 |

I have downloaded some files and also tried to open from present location and the message I get is "could not open document because parser module cannot parser the file". Excuse me? Pardon? What on earth does that mean??? Jacky |
