Lynne I haven't got an audio tape on massage. Sorry. If you have the means of playing audio cassettes I would be quite happy to copy and send you one. I have maybe 20 or 30 titles on a variety of subjects, some of the more straightforward ones being Coping with Stress, Insomnia Relief, Effective Thinking, Effective Speaking, Concentration, Creative Thinking, Loss of a Loved One, Understanding Parents and a few more. Paul McKenna is a cut above the usual stage hypnotist and does some useful therapeutic work. I used to work as a counsellor for a large organisation under the auspices of National Assoc. for Mental Health (MIND) and South Bucks Health Authority Len |

Lynne You take any old cassette, preferably one you will not want to listen to again, liberally daub it with talcum powder or massage oil, then rub yourself all over with it, briskly. Better still, get hubby to apply it. Very bracing, Len |

Its only dangerous when being used by unqualified persons. So is medicine, surgery, dentistry, midwifery, car mechanics, electrical work, the gas industry - and so on ad infinitum. In the right hands it is a marvellous tool |

You seem to be very knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects, Leonard. Where does all this information come from? Life experience? Janet East Northamptonshire |

Janet I'm pushing 80, have an insatiable curiosity about everything ( but not everyone) and have packed a lot into life. Now I'm coming up to middle-age, am not inclined to slow down. Len |
