Saturday the 8th November 2003 at the Manchester Velodrome (The National Cycle Centre) Stuart St, Manchester. Near the new Stadium, now the home of Manchester City FC. From 10 am to 4pm - Admission £2 Refreshments, Free Parking and Free Lectures on 'Basic Sources for Family History Research' at 10.45 am 'Family History Sources at the Manchester Central Record Office' at 12 noon 'Use of Computers in Family History Research' at 1.15 m. and around 45+ exhibitors (including the Manchester & Lancashire FHS) Vera, Manchester |

Sorry for the delay in answering, everyone. The no. 216 Bus from Piccadilly Gardens (the stop outside Nobles Amusements) runs along the main route past the Velodrome, Cycling Centre (Ashton New Road). They run about every 10/15 minutes I have been told. The Velodrome is just behind the new Asda (Wallmark) store and if you ask on the bus for that stop you can't go wrong. If arriving at Piccadilly Train Station you need to walk, or catch the FREE shuttle bus to Piccadilly Gardens to get the 216 bus. There are also taxis at the train station.
