Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 1,431 Send Message	Westgate Newcastle is/was in the County of Northumberland,now newcastle upon tyne.Westgate nr Stanhope is in the county of Durham.So they are 2 different places.Northumberland and Durham were next to each other.Im sure places are given the same name in order to confuse us!!
