Hi Deborah, I was born there and so was my brother! My father was in the Ministry of Defense working with the navy. The photos look great! My brother returned on honeymoon; he says the hospital we were born in had become a go-cart stadium and the flats we lived in were a pile of rubble. What a pity ! I haven't been back since - it's on a long list of places to visit. |

Hi Deborah, I'm not from there either, but my great grandmother was born there in 1846; her dad was in the Royal Artillery. My dad was born there in 1903; his dad was in the RN. And my Husband was there from 1951 to 1954 with the RN, on HMS Chequers. It must be a great place to live-all that lovely sunshine!! |

Hi Deborah, I am not from Malta, but my Dad was there during the seige. He was an RAF mechanic. |
