I am trying to find a Samuel Fisher for my father, Philip Ormston. Samuel was born in Oldbury, West Midlands, Lived in Broadwell Road, with his mother and father. Father: Taxi Driver. Samuel joined the Marines aged 17 - 18, the year 1967, or 1968. Last School Attended: Albrights Secondary School. Would have left this school in 1964, August. He was my fathers best friend, and hasn't been in contact for 35 years straight. My father would love to meet up again with Samuel, if this is possible. OTHER INFORMATION: Samuel was a bus conducter with Midland Red. Samuel belived his name was originally spelt Fischer, thought to be a German Spelling. Used to keep Bantam birds at his address. Philip Colin Ormston was born at 164 Broadwell Road, Oldbury. We would both really like to know if anyone out there knows of him, and knows if he is dead or alive. |
