If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours. It is one of the few things you can give freely without becoming poorer in the process. |

Terri, you have brought so many smiles to our faces and the faces of our children and grandchildren with your wonderful stories. Thank you for making the world a better place to live in. All best wishes to you and Ray for 2004.xxxxx If some day you meet someone who does not smile at you, be generous and smile at them. Nobody is more in need of a smile than those who cannot give it. A smile costs nothing and gives so much. Those who receive it feel richer, without the giver feeling poorer. A smile is an inexpensive way of improving your looks. A smile is cheaper than electricity and throws out much more light. |

Happy New Year Terri and I hope you had a lovely Christmas. One thing I like to do is smile at people when I pass them in the street. Some smile back, almost involuntarily, others look puzzled ("do I know you?"), Others obviously think I am a bit weird. ("Strange old lady") But it is worth it for the smiles I do get. On Christmas Eve just round the corner from my house I passed a little boy about 9 years old, I didn't recognise him. Before I could smile at him he gave me a great big grin and said 'good morning'. It made my day. Ann Glos |

let us dump, all past quarrels, bitterness, and fears right here in this trash can and go forward into 2004 with renewed strength. and belief in our own ability to give and receive love. It takes as much energy to laugh as to cry. But the former works miracles. So why not try and work a miracle every day. Heres to all my friends on GC happy New Year terri xx |
