Hi Peter, hot enough for you today? I agree the world is really a small place nowdays. I've found lots of old friends and have started finding them for other family members now. Gives me something to do when its too hot outside. Have a nice day Sue

Susan. We lived in Shotgate, Nr Wickford until war broke out and by an amazing conincidence I recently was put in touch with a girl I went to school with in the late 1930's. We remembered each other well and in particular I remembered her father who ran the local boot and shoe repairing business. He was a friend of my parents. This world is definitely getting smaller!!

Hi Peter, just read your message. Too hot to sleep, and another hot day to come or should I say another hot week, well weeks really. I had a snake brought in to me by one of my cats a few years ago. She dropped it on the carpet in front of me! Managed to get it outside again thank god.Wasn't a pleasant experience. Sue

Susan. Now Saturday evening and I see we got to 38 today. We were out on the beach by 7.30 this morning and had a good long walk. Was taking photos at the far end (Club Capricorn) and just missed treading on a dugite by about 12". The snake shot off in one direction and Betty shot off in the other. I was mesmerised!!

Have lived in Yanchep since 1989 and it is so close to heaven that when I die at least I won't have far to go! It's a hot week though - going to hit 38 by the weekend! Peter
