Timperley. Born & raised. Now live in Canada. Relatives still in Cheshire. I am definatly not thick in the head.. Did you know the best archers in the world came from Cheshire, HenryVIII had all his Cheshire archers around him as body guard. |

Marly, What a small world. I went to school in Acre Lane ( briefly) and my Grandparents lived in Bridle Rd. What church were you married in? I left Bromborough in 1962 although still have rellies in Eastham. |

All my hubby Tony's birth family come from Birkenhead! Does that count?! Tricky blighters to find mind you! Whatever became of the Birkenhead Badley's that's what I'd like to know! It'd make our lives much easier if they came out of the woodwork and showed themselves!! Love Eleanorxx |

Steven. We Cheshire people are a wonderful lot. Unfortunatly none of my family have any interest in Geneology. Hense trying to find dead rellies. is almost impossible. My family is bad, my husbands GRESTYS and PEDLERS, I think have all moved to another planet!!! |

Hi! Born in Crewe only because my grandparents moved from Shropshire to work on the railways (I think Crewe was put on the map 1840s/1850s.) My brother still lives there, but I moved about quite a bit and have landed back in Cheshire, just south of Stockport. Julie xx |

hi, i myself was born in cheshire and have lived here all my life, stockport to be exact.I think my kin folk are all true cheshire homebirds because not one person has left the county to live elsewhere, though to be honest its only circumstances that have kept me here, in another three or four years i will be doing the unthinkable and moving away. |

Here's another Cheshire cat - and still grinning. Lovely to read all your messages. I too was born in Bromborough and raised in Bebington.Went to the fab.Wirral Grammar. Also have a branch of the family round the Nantwich area. Husband Robert was born in Birkenhead and raised in Willaston and went to King'sSchool Chester. Re the Wirral archers - I believe they were also an asset at Agincourt under Henry V. |
