JEN re the bmd site write down the all the details names ,month,and also the volume and page number, then go onto goverment statistics site and and click on order certificates online it only costs £7 per cert. |

Jen Dec is the Quarter that the birth was registered in. They use: Jan- Mar is Mar Qtr, Apr - June is June Qtr, July -Sept is Sept Qtr and Oct - Dec is Dec Qtr. I think you have 42 days to register a birth, so a child born in Dec might not be registered until the March Quarter of the next year. Margaret |

how true is the free bmd site as i got certificate this morning and its not the right one the one i ordered from free bmd site birth date was in dec when ordering i put that code down but they have sent me a certificate of the same person whos birthday was in october which obviously isnt mine as the father was thomas . |
