Bob, Just seen it on the news!! Thanks for your concern!! Does going to the pub over the road for lunch count as "moving around"?? If so, guess I'll just have to make sure I go every day, and also go daily for morning coffee and afternoon tea!!!! If we should suffer DVT, could we claim compo from genesconnected do you think for making this such a fascinating site full of such wonderful people?? |

Have all you ladies seen the news about the boy with Deep Vein Thrombosis from spending too much time on the console? This applies to computers as well. I have real concern for some of you. Dr Hillary Jones suggested moving around at least every half hour. Having read some of the threads I think one solution would be to make the master of the house a cup of tea or perhaps a bite to eat. You might even consider helping him with the housework. Bob |
