Can anybody help with info about the servicemans hospital in Manchester. I have a photo of my Grandfather standing ouside the hospital with a few others. It seems he suffered from shellshock when the U boats were being sunk and was sent there to have intensive electric shock treatment. It was after the first world war,his name was Charles Lee Audette. Have other families got the same thing in their family trees or does anybody in Manchester know about it. Thanks Sue |
