Hmmm, well as I'm new to the site and this is the first thing that got me thinking at 2am I decided to reply. It was a hard one to answer as my music taste is rather eclectic (other people would say weird but I like to be kind to myself lol). So, here goes in no particular order... 1. Once In A Lifetime - Runrig 2. Evil Scotsman - Chewin' The Fat 3. Everything Bruce Springsteen does.... he is The Boss! 4. Hotel California - The Eagles 5. Caledonia - Frankie Miller 6. If You're Not The One - Daniel Bedingfield 7. Feel So Near - Dougie Maclean 8. Don't Want To Miss A Thing - Aerosmith 9. Jumpin Jack Flash - The Rolling Stones 10. Whole Of The Moon - The Waterboys hmmm... maybe 20 or 30 would be better?? lmao |

Oh this is a nightmare. These are just what comes to me at the moment, influenced in places by what I've read here....if I thought again tomorrow it'be be a different selection... 1.Blur, There's no other way (or anythign by Blur really) 2.Ryan Adams, New York New York (good choice) 3.Anything by REM, (Everbody Hurts if I'm feeling sad) 4.Ditto Norah Jones (for the quieter moments lol) 5.Fleetwood Mac, Go Your own Way 6.The Kinks, Waterloo Sunset 7.Radiohead, Creep 8. Anything from Robbie williams (sorry, the wife's brainwashed me - I like Strong, and My Bojangles (yes I know that's not actyually one of his lol)) 9. Queen, especially Killer Queen (and shame on the person who referred to "Bo Rhap" grrr) 10. Van Morrison, Brown eyed girl |

Hi Jeanette in East Yorkshire, Sharp in-take of breath in our front room!!!! We are now! We've seen Bryan live about 5 rimes now. Hadn't heard anything about a tour yet this year. We are close to London, so if he does Hyde Park again, we'll probably try and catch him there, if not Hull's not so very far. We've driven to Manchester before for a gig. Off to find a web-site with details of the tour! Debbie |

I was taking my 5 year old Grandaughter home yesterday and we were both singing Wham!'s I'm Your Man at the tops of our voices. People were staring at us when we stopped at traffic lights! If I'm on my own in the car it has to be the Bat out of Hell album; I Saw Her Standing There, She Loves You or any loud Beatles song; Kiss This Thing Goodbye (Del Amitri) Born in the USA (Bruce Springsteen) or any rocking Elvis song, or if I'm really feeling sorry for myself - Barry Manilow's Even Now or Can't Smile Without You; Hotel California (Eagles); Lay Lady Lay (Bob Dylan). I'm sure I'll think of some others when I'm driving along tomorrow! Sue |

Anything by Alanis Morissette if I'm feeling hard done by, Norah Jones if hubby is in the car and we are feeling luuurved up ( Cold Cold heart if we've had words) The Cranberries ( Dreams or Zombie ) makes people stare when I'm singing Sting ( man can do no wrong by me ) when I just want to sing softly Sarah McLachlan (anything from Mirroball or Afterglow) when I'm feeling sad. Oh and Pete and Geoff in the morning when I'm driving to work and really want to be driving to the sunny seaside not dismal Epsom. So tomorrow on the A25/A24 if you see a grinning idiot, it'll be me, laughing with them. In another life it would have been Kate Bush, but I'm cured now. Debs |

Sue Dismal yes especially the clocktower, the traffic lights and jams.! Oh and the soppy 'market'. I could go on! It's more so when I'm driving in from beautiful Leith Hill and the daffs are swaying in the breeze and the other half is working from home looking out on the sunshine, the horses in the field next to our home and then phones me to tell me how nice it is. Grrrr. But at least I come home, and it was daylight until nearly eight tonight. Yippee!! Debs |
