Fish 'n' Chips - little 8p bag of "fish" and "chip" shaped snacks. Bag had faux newsprint on the front. Came in Salt 'n' Vinegar or - yes! - "Mashed potato flavour". Thats what I just found on Google and it was on a site about memories of different sweets and snacks. |

Sam (hope you don't mind being called that) Up to a couple of years ago they were - I'll have a look next time I'm at cash & carry. Also the chicken ones eh! I also remember Nestles (then Rowntree Mackintoshes) doing a dark chocolate Toffee crisp for export only but the female members of my family used to work there and we were brought home Throw-outs. Also Cabana Bars - coconut and cherry and what about those coffee matchmakers oooooooohhhhh delicious (Another withdrawn product). |

Oh Samantha I remember Twinkle. And the crisps I think they used to be salt and vinegar flavour and they were really salty. I'm sure I have seen them somewhere. I will keep my eye out. Debbie |

Tracy Blackburn - Thanks for your reply. When I was little my mum used to buy me "Twinkle" comics. I also remember eating crisps that were shaped like fish and chips. I wonder if these are still around |
