How long have we been complaining about this problem? Months!! GC have always blamed our ISP's and having junk mail settings too high. Lo and behold they now realise that the problem is at their end. HOORAY!!! |

To all our members, please accept our sincere apologies for all the problems we have had lately with contact emails. There was a problem with one of our mail servers last week which meant that contact emails were not being sent correctly. We were told that problem was rectified by the weekend, but I am afraid that it seems it is still not working correctly. Our technicians are looking into this as a matter of urgency. When sending emails, if you receive a copy of the contact then we can assure you that the email has been sent. If you do not receive it, then we suggest you try again. We also suggest that you regularly check the Your Contacts page for any emails that may have been sent to you. We hope to have this problem resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for bearing with us. |
