Look on one of the other threads a list of good sites on there. (On Tips board Best Sites by Deb well worth printing off.) Try B4usearch.com. Linda |

There are several 'map' sites on the web, if you go to RAC and then route finder, put in your own address for journey start then burton for journey end, it will then ask which burton you want and list the alternatives. (this is a free service) You then need to go through these sites and check the census details for 1961 to start off with, if you don't find what you want at this stage you have problems and will need to post messages on the trying to find board. You can also post messages on other sites, for instance try Friends Reunited and put in the street name as if you were the person you are looking for. If you do get a hit on the census then work forwards to the present time for that location. hope this helps Dave |
