Debbi, Have you added any new programs to the p.c that could be clashing? You could try System Restore, that has saved me from many a problem... If you put your problem on Tips board maybe someone on there can help. Sorry I cannot suggest any thing else. Sue

Hi Both, No virus that pccillin found and I cant delete anything offline or online.It says 'error' and then a line number then 'character' and a number and then 'object excepted'. Its been like this since a week ago when I went on holiday.I was hoping it would be gone by the time I got back lol Debbi

Hi Debbi, Is it your e-mail account that is full? If so you can work offline and remove any unwanted mail, then when you connect again you should be able to open your new mail. I dont know much about p.c's but that is what I would try. Sue

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP my Hotmail account is critical but keeps coming up with a 'error on page' message and i cannot open any emails.It also keeps asking me if I wont to wotk offline when I m connected. Someone must have the answer......please? Debbi in desperation Thank you
