My hubby's in IT and says that both previous messages are the right things to try, ie new cartridge or alignment. Failing that, it might well be knackered! (a highly technical term). |

Hi ,i have an epson myself ,but the 32000 version, and i think you will find that Samantha is right,and that the colour cartridge needs changing. Mine does the same ,and the line colours differ as to which colour is running low,Denis. |

hi, i presume youve tried the alignment - as well as the nozzle check & head clean - if you click on technical support it will take you to epsom help page - i tried to get on but there were too many people searching & said to try later - probably all with 760 printers (tee hee) my printer has done this to me before when the ink was getting low sorry i couldnt give you any more help sam |

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a printer problem? The problem has started to occur more and more frequently on my epson 760 colour printer.Every time I print a document\picture or whatever I tend to get blue lines across the page horizontaly. I have gone through the check nozzle pattern and head cleaning so many times that I am ready to throw the printer to the bin! Am I missing something simple here? cheers,Jeff |
