help on linking trees

Hi. You could download both trees as Gedcom files, and merge them in a genealogy program like Legacy. The downside of that is that you might not be able to retain pictures, and it would be a challenge to re-upload into GC. Good luck.

You could always try contacting GC to see if the site has a facility to do this. You'll have to let us know how you get on. Rachel

It appears my tree is, in fact, linked, meaning there is a button in 1 person's box. Is there any way I can paste my relative's far more substantial tree onto mine?

i can't seem to link my tree with one of my relatives' one. I have her permission to view it so why is this? Can anyone help me?
