	Thanks for your thoughts. Only minor problems this week so far: Air conditioning on car needs expensive repair Four hours with computer engineer at home last night solved nothing - new scanner won't work; laptop we were thinking of buying wouldn't run the software we wanted to put on it; can't connect to virgin on dial-up which puts the e-mail address I use here in jeopardy. Nothing life-threatening.

	Brian I've just read your message on Jan's thread, I hope your wife and daughter have recovered from their smoke inhalation, and that you have sorted your bike out. It seems this week is not a good week all round.
