Debby, make an agreement with your partner that if he wants a" sandwich " that means 1 round two slices of bread with stuff inside no matter how it is cut and then just double up and that becomes 2 rounds, get it... and I dont mean cutting the bread round lol, learned this from Mother who was waitress in posh hotel cheers Margaret |

John What is a St George and a St Andrew? We just eat white mothers pride medium sliced. And I hate it when I buy Kingsmill square medium. but it is oblong and wont fit in the kids Sandwich box I have to cut the crusts off. And why do they say Crusts are good for you because it is the same ingredients wheter on the outside or the inside. |

One sandwich = two slices of bread. The big question is do you cut like a St George or like a St Andrew? St Andrew for me is occasional, St George is the normal!! Prefer home made bread if available. |

Hi all For years now my boyfriend whenever asking for a sandwich always says he would like 2. So I give him 2 slices of bread and cut it in half but he says this is 1 sandwich. He likes 4 slices of bread and then cut in half makes 4 sandwiches but I insist this is 4 sandwiches but he says its only 2. What does everybody else think please. Hes driving me insane. Debbie |
