Steam will help clear the breathing. Put some boiling water in a bowl and stick you'r face over it with a cloth over your head. Some menthol and or eucalyptus oil makes it better but steam on its own will help Bob |

How do I get rid of a pesky head cold quickly without medicines of any kind as I have none. |
