Any one got an idea how to get rid of natural nerves? (trying not to lower the tone) I have a final exam tonight and I am so nervous that I cant leave the bathroom! It happens every time something important happens! I have tried all the over the counter stuff, but as it is not a 'bug' it never seems to work! So I was wondering if anybody has any old wives tales? I always use Bach's Rescue Remedy as well. It's safe enough for children as well, I used to put a few drops on my son's tongue before he went to the dentist and it made a world of difference. Other than that, try Coke - it seems to have a calming effect, although it does make you wee (but surely that's a slightly better alternative than the other!). Good luck xx |
