What a beautiful day, shame about the itchy eyes, running nose and tickly cough!! Can't find anything that works, why no cures?! Any suggestions?

Lisa, Whatever you take, make sure you take it continuously over the hayfever period. That's the key. Take it rigorously every few hours as the directions recommend, even if it's a wet day. Crista

My son who is 10 has suffered since he was 2. He has Loratine syrup ,beconase nose drops end eye drops too. It seems to hold it at bay(ish) and he isnt as bad now as when he was younger. For children I would really recommend going to the Doctor as they say piriton long term is not really a good idea (drowsiness etc). I too suffer and have only done as an adult I find piriton syrup is best for me (loratine based things no good at all) and the nose spray which is brilliant. I find the one a day piriton tablets not nearly as good as the syrup (I take 10ml) I find for myself I do not suffer from any drowsiness with piriton at all. Really I have found its a case of trial and error over several seasons to find the best combination for youreslf. Penny

I have suffered allergies for the last 10 years, whether it's dust or pollen. The new Benadryl that's just come out works fantastic. I have only taken it for the last few months, I take 1 morning and night and this is the first nice weather i've been able to enjoy
