Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 214 Send Message	Just got a new p.c, not being particulary computer literate I've managed to register with the wrong name (middle name instead of surname), doubt if it matters but my problem is how do I transfer my files and Family Tree 4 over? Do I have to put everything on a floppy - there isnt a cd drive on the old one, please say there's an easy way as I've over 300 names plus census etc to transfer. All suggestions gratefully received Jean

	If your old computer can stilll connect to the internet how about finding a friend, e-mailing the files to them, then set up the new computer and have the files e-mailed back into that one.

	Jean, Floppies are a good idea anyway as back up should anything go wrong,
