Bridget Jones Stress Diet This is a specially formulated diet designed to help people cope with the stress that builds up during the day BREAKFAST 1 Grapefruit 1 slice of whole-meal toast 1 cup of skimmed milk LUNCH small portion of lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach cup of herbal tea 1 miniature MARS bar AFTERNOON TEA the rest of the bag of miniature MARS bars tub of HAGEN DAAZ ice cream with chocolate-chip topping DINNER 4 bottles of wine (red or white) 2 loaves of garlic bread 1 family supreme pizza 3 SNICKERS bars LATE NIGHT SNACK whole frozen SARA LEE cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer) REMEMBER: STRESSED SPELT BACKWARDS IS DESSERTS Send this to four people and you will lose two pounds Send this to six people and you will lose four pounds Send this to all the people you know or ever knew and you will lose 10 pounds If you delete this message you will immediately gain 10 pounds Hope you like this...though I dont think I'll be giving it a try |

That is my kind of diet! Probably the only diet I could definitely stick to! can I suggest an addition? Two crunchies, two packets of nachos and one smarties bar--I tried this today, and I'm sure i would have lost weight from it, if only I hadn't been stupid and spoilt it with a salad.... |

No this is not the Bridget Jones Diet, it's the Mandy-from-Somerset Diet and I've been faithfully following it for years LOL (I have the figure to prove it). But YUM !!! |
