Trying to find anyone with the surname Gates in their tree who has Chasemore as either first or middle name anywhere in the male side of the family - my ancestors were mostly born/lived in the London/Sussex area Philip Chasemore Gates born 1825 in Steyning Sussex married Anna Maria Harbin (also known as Annie) - they had many children of which I can only find reference to 4 his brother Ferdinand Chasemore Gates born 1865 in Steyning Sussex had a son Chasemore Ferdinand Gates born 1895 in East Preson another brother Edward born approximately 1870 went on to become a doctor (have no reference to Chasemore as the middle name but it is more than likely) |
