Hi Kylie I've never been able to sit and eat a huge three-course meal, I'm more of a 'grazer'. My mum used to say that I had 'one meal a day, all day long' but now we have to say it about my son! He is a big lad though, 6'1", and not overweight just broad. One of my nephews is exactly the same, can be genuinely hungry soon after a meal. Fine as long as they eat healthy stuff, but it costs a fortune in supermarket bills LOL |

when i was young we moved home to a district 100 miles away, the entire family were always feeling hungry. Then one day my mum made a meal which was basically a yorkshire pudding mix with onion and mashed corned beef mixed in and baked in a swiss roll tin. That did the trick it filled us well, and we were never that hungry again, tasted good too. Val |
