Born : Ballymacarrett, County Down, Northern Ireland Address of Patrick Fitzsimmons at date of birth : 17 Terence Street, Belfast, or : Roy Street. Patrick Fitzsimmons born Oct 1883 : he married Brigid Keenan, on 19 April 1905, at St Malachy’s Church, Alfred Street, Belfast, and were residing at 22 Market Street, Belfast. Bridget Keenan may have had a sister Catherine Keenan, who married Joseph Boyce on 22 April 1905. (3 days after Bridget and Patrick’s own wedding) 5. PARENTS OF PATRICK FITZSIMMONS Believing that Patrick Fitzsimmons was born in the second half of 1882 or in 1883 we focus on a Patrick Fitzsimmons whose parents were : - Bernard Fitzsim(m)ons x Mary Anne Harte (also spelled as Maryann Hart ; born 1854 ; a widow; her first husband was Hugh Gilmore, married 2 Aug 1875) Bernard Fitzsimmons and Mary Anne Harte married 13 November 1884, address 17 Terence Street They had the following children : - Patrick (born 4 or 12 October 1883 - so, the year before the parents married) - James (born 26 March 1886) - Bernard (born 3 august 1888 ?), married Mary Dunne on 3 May 1912 - Catherine ?
