This is going to sound silly I know. The truth is I hate the name Joan. Many years ago now I changed it to Joanne. Everytime I look on here I see the name Joan. How can I change it, anyone know? When I joined Friends Reunited I had to put my school name down and now it's got stuck!

Hi JOANNE! Go into "Edit/view details" on the left. Are you going to call yourself something original: "Joanne........."?

Once you go into Edit/View Details, put in your password. You can then change your name in the next window, save at the bottom and Bob's your uncle!

Jo I did mine a few weeks ago by following the same advice as John has given you. You can also change your name every time you log in if you wanted to .... William from Scouseland depends very much on the weather :) Post another reply if you don't manage to get it sorted out and we'll try and help. Mandy x

Funny not liking the name we are given. I actaully prefer Rosalind, but everyone (except some of my family) calls me Ros. When I phoned about my present job and said I was Rosalind, they hadn't a clue who I was. So I am having to get used to it. Still find it hard to call myself Ros though. Nowt so strange as folk.
