help!!!!!! i can not access my emails.

Jim, If you go on the NTL homepage and click on 'Help' you can then check service status, there were a few problems last night, there is also an 0800 number but I can't find it at present, will email you direct with it when I have had a good look. Hope this helps. Kim |

Mine is now doing exactly the same. I am on NTL Broadband. When I tried phoning them and went through the assorted sections, pressed 4 for emails and got the Number Unobtainable tone. |

hi sandra when i usualy go into outlook express i dont have to use my password as its set for automatic, but it was popping up all the time and would not let me in. Last night dont know what i did (not clued up on puters) i got into my e-mail account and changed my addy by one didget, this let me in , but i cant get back to the other one as it says this is being used. Then this morning i could not get a dial tone for ages. Will i still get e-mails from my first address. im worried i have messed up on this thing would appreciate any help or advice from anybody(not to techy) thanks tracy (stressy) |

tracy this might sound silly, i'm with tesco are you using the right casing ie capitals , i tend use use hotmail rather than tesco.net sandra |

Tracy, are you with freeserve, wanadoo it's called now? Ours plays up sometimes, but if you go to the Wanadoo home page you can access your emails from there. Just a thought.... Maggy |

Tracy, try re-setting your password ect, it may let you in or maybe your box is so full it's bouncing your info |

Mine plays up like this from time to time. I think mine is probably due to my provider and the remote server. leave it for a while and try again. Viv |

has any one any idea why all of a sudden i cant get access to my e-mails on outlook express, box keeps poping up saying wrong user name + password, but i have not changed it and password is on automatic remember. thanks tracy |
