Helen I cannot access the trees I have been allowed to view. I can access the names in the trees, but not the actual tree. There is an error message saying access is denied. I have had no problem before. I think that is what Sandra and Deb mean too. Sue |

I mentioned this earlier on another thread, not being able to access other trees . Yet another problem. So much for the site getting better. Hope they get their act together soon. Helen, this is trees that we have been given access to and been able to view before, but are now being told we don't have authority to view. Christine |

Hi Debbie and Sandra, When trying to view other people's tree's, they need to give you permission to access their tree, if you go to Your Contacts, you will see who you have e-mailed or who has e-mailed you and whether you have given them access or they have given you access. i hope you understand this from my explanation. Helen PS. if you click on View other trees it will tell you who has given you access |

Hi Sandra, There is a thread about this on the tips board. Quite a lot of us are having the same problem, although I managed to email them ok (I think!). If they actually reply to my mail, I`ll let you know! Rebecca |

It says the same for me as well, obliously something else they should have concentrated on, instead of changing the name. I emailed them yesterday allright, but I havnt had a reply so they might not have got it. Debbie |
