What does full age mean

I have just had marraige certificate came for an Ancester and hoped it would give his age at the time. But it just says full age, this is in 1837 Any ideas what that age would be if you see what I mean Julia |

Thanks Guy's & girl's, means I can have a rough stab at year of birth. Ohh made a mistake was 1875 not 1837 but it does'nt make any differance I guessJulia |
