i seem to have the same problem as a few others Can any one help how to read messages against a name i have four new messages . I have tried to follow some instructions but still can't find them Thanks Anyone |

If you click on the name, over on the left hand side, it will take you to a list for that name. This will show which board the new messages are on ... click on the little blue arrow beside the relevant board and it should take you to the latest message. Hope this is clear, I'm not too good at explaining things! Mandy :) |

Hi Jennifer I think the problem with this is that a lot of people think that the message is a personal message for them. In fact it's only letting you know that a message has been placed against a name, of which you have one of in your tree. If you follow Mandy's instructions I think you'll see what I mean. (I think she explained things better than I have) Lol I hope that's been useful Christine |
