Its probably his line which may be BT. Dial 151 and ask them to check it out. |

I am with Virgin - I am on the 24seven package. It has been okay for the last month or so, but I have experienced times when it disconnects repeatedly every minute or so - and frequently within a few seconds of connecting. I thought it was just me! I haven't pursued it because although it is irritating it doesn't cost me to reconnect as my monthly fee is for any and all use. Angela |

Lynne I'm not an IT person but if he has only one phone line and call waiting service that could be a problem. It disconnects the line when there is an incoming call. Do Virgin have a helpline he could ask? Deborah |

A colleague has asked for my advice as I am (supposedly) the most IT literate person on the organistation. His Virgin dial-up Internet connection keeps disconnecting after a couple of minutes and he has to redail which is costing money. Does anyone have experience of this with Virgin or is it his computer? Any advice would be appreciated. Lynne |
