Help please to open an attachment in outlook.

	if its faded i think it means you've set outlook to not let you open any attachments because of viruses, so you have to switch this off by going into tools, then options, then security. Jane

	I have recieved two attachments in "Outlook" and for some reason I cannot open them I click on the staple but it is faded.any help please.
