It could be due to warmer weather we tend to retain water. Ever noticed when colder you pee a lot? I'd say we're too bloated lol PLUS we're more active , not sitting in every evening. Best time to start a diet too : ) Much happiness Debi p.s it has been known ( on vert rare occassions ) that I am WRONG lol |

What summer. I think we don't have such seasons any more. Just rainy season and dry season. Mostly rainy season. |

Well I live in Canada and the winter is spent slidding down the road in the car side ways help ha! ha!, the summer is very hot so I eat less because I am sat on the deck with a cold beer. Debbie (Canada). |

Your body generally needs more energy from food to keep warm in winter but since the seasons seem to be merging - it's a good excuse to pig out all year ! |
